Simple Mini Quiches as a Base 

Mix and match your preferred meats and vegetables to create these adaptable little quiches.  

Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Flour a surface and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch. 

Make 36 circles with a 2-1/2-inch round cutter. 

Circles should be pressed into the bottoms and up sides of thirty-six oiled nonstick micro muffin cups.

Top crusts with cheese. Sprinkle cooked mix-ins on top.  

Fill up three quarters of the bowl with filling; then, mix together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a large basin. 

After ten minutes, take them out of the pan. Keep heated before serving.
