Delishable Key Lime Pie! 

Every single person who has tried this Key lime pie has raved about it. 

The oven should be preheated at 375 degrees.  

Mix the cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a small bowl until it forms a crumbly mixture.  

Press into a 9-inch pie plate that has not been greased, making sure to cover the bottom and edges.

Keep baking for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is just beginning to brown. 

Whisk together the lime juice, milk, and egg yolks in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes on low speed. 

After 15 to 20 minutes in the oven, check that the middle is no longer sticky when poked with a knife.
